About Chris Jennings
After more than two decades of executive-level HR leadership, I founded WorkWell HR with a clear and purposeful vision — to deliver authentic, outcome-driven HR strategies that align people, purpose, and performance, fuelling measurable growth and meaningful cultural transformation.
My approach goes far beyond traditional policy and compliance. I bring a unique blend of commercial acumen and human insight, shaped by years of leading complex business transformations, global organisational redesigns, and culture-shaping initiatives.
I’m known for helping organisations connect strategy with people, ensuring HR isn’t just a support function, but a core driver of operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth; all while maintaining rigour in governance, quality, and cost control.
I hold both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Human Resource Management and am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a recognition of my contribution to advancing the HR profession.
